The business was founded in 2003 by Nick Curran who has spent more than 15 years as a QS, Commercial Manager and latterly as a Business Consultant advising software companies and construction businesses in best practice commercial and financial processes as well as the best use of IT in construction to underpin those processes.
Our Expertise
Through this unique blend of expertise Curran Project Controls are able to provide a wide range of related services from traditional Project Management and Quantity Surveying through to IT Consultancy and the design, specification and implementation of business systems to meet the most complex requirements.
As well as facilitating the selection of new systems, where appropriate, we are also able to assist you in getting the best from the systems that you use by advising on and implementing processes that will support and supplement what your people do and how your business operates.
Most of our projects are lead by Nick however through our team and network of associates we are able to supplement our offering through the use of specialists.

How we do business
We are happy to work on a fixed fee for a defined scope of work, on a casual basis to supplement your existing team or on an ongoing basis to suit your business.
