Curran Project Controls (CPC) is an RICS Construction Consultancy specialising in the implementation and continued use of best practice in the areas of Commercial Management, Project Controls and Cost Management within all sectors of the construction industry; building, civils, house building and infrastructure maintenance.
In addition we offer vast experience in the use of IT within the construction sector and can assist your company in the selection, implementation, training and ongoing use of Business Systems to run your projects, contracts and the business overall.

CPC is a young motivated Chartered Quantity Surveying practice based in East Anglia specialising in providing best practice consultancy across all sectors and all locations throughout the UK and overseas.
In addition to the provision of traditional QS and Commercial Management services the company specialises in the use of Project Controls within projects and construction businesses as a whole.
